Clubs

Parkwood provides a wide range of clubs for children of all ages.  Below is a table to show those on offer this year.  Wherever possible these are free of charge and run by school staff in familiar environments.  Children are encouraged to attend clubs in areas they enjoy and can thrive in.

Our Smart School Council survey allowed children to suggest the type of clubs they would like to see at Parkwood.  The teachers then tried to accommodate these requests along with sharing their own interests too.

Educational Visits

Throughout a child's time at Parkwood, they have the opportunity to attend a range of educational visits and experience visits from experts.  These opportunities are carefully selected so they enhance learning by including activities not possible within the classroom setting.   We support educational visits because they help pupils to develop and achieve more.
